We've booked in to our local Indian restaurant on Christmas Eve for a family meal - it's always busy, good food and great company - what's every one else doing?

I'll be making Gravalex as a starter, a roast duck for main course, and a Tiramisu for dessert!

I'll then make rillette with the leftover duck, yum on toast!

As soon as I return from exercising the dog, I'll start on the Buck Fizz when I start to prep the food.

There will be a bottle of Avocat and plenty of beer and wine.

And I can watch/do whatever I like, whenever I like.

I love being on my own during that time of the year - an excuse to eat and drink myself silly

one year i actually invited a guy i had talked to for ages, he was on his own and i was and we had a fabulous time, playing daft games but no sex.

It was one of the nicest xmas,s i had.

I ALWAYS spend Crimbo alone, it saves on the family arguments of who i go and visit.

Again as posts above, i do treat myself to yummy food, nice wine and lots of the yummy snacks that come out only at Crimbo.

A big selection of Cheese and biskwits.

And peace and quiet all alone with crap tv and t'internet

Good for you - I'd do something like that but just haven't got the time - well - that sounds pretty pathetic really cos if pushed i would find the time - right - i'm talking myself into this - will make time to do some good!

Awww, thanks! Don't worry, I am used to it

I actually prefer to be on my own than to spend it with anyone else.

OK, tell a lie, I wish I could spend it with my late partner, however, that's is not going to happen, so I may as well enjoy myself.

I thought spending it on my own last year was going to be tough, being so soon after his death. However, I found it very relaxing and enjoyed it very much.

I am used to spending Christmas on my own before I hooked up with my ex-hubby and late partner, so it is nothing new
