Is naming & shaming timewasters & fantasists that you stupidly invest time into worth naming & shaming or does this site frown on it?

Naming and shaming on the forums is a no no. As regards doing people a favour yes and no. Yes it would let other people know if someone did xyz however it would be wide open for abuse
