I often do, but it's actually quite useful to get it out of the way, clear my mind and then get on with what I need to do.

Otherwise I find myself sitting there getting distracted by unhelpful horniness!

I need to something constructive this evening. Maybe read a book? Take a nice walk outside? Time is 5:55. I could perv online for 5 minutes and do something right at 6:00.

Oh no. Time is 6:05. Maybe I could perv until 6:30 and then do something productive.

Time is 8:30. Maybe I should order something online and continue perving until it arrives.
