I've just uploaded some photos from yester year on here to see if any of you guys were part of a crazy yoof sub culture group. Any punks, mods, skins, goths, casuals or anything else. Maybe you just had some 80s hair nightmares you'd like to share.

I went through a phase that confused new romance with goth. Some years after both of those had stopped being cool.

North West

I don't know officially which sub culture it was, I might have invented my own. But I wore baggy black DDs, with a chain, some sort of well fitted top (often colourful) with plenty of cleavage and Doc Martens. To be fair, I'd wear the same now, if I could find DDs again

OK, we used to wear oversized Dickies or Ben Davis pants during the skating days. Big ball chains attached to our wallets. I'm gonna have to dig out more photos now lol.

I don't know what a q chain is! I meant to say "a chain"! I have some pics of me in said garments at a house party, somewhere in the archives

I was always a metal head, long hair, ripped jeans, t shirt and hand painted bike jacket.

No long hair these days, dont like rips in my clothes but still wear gig/band t shirts.

I've always loved music, going to a gig is the thing I love the most. I still have my earliest Monsters of Rock tshirt from 1985...... can't fit into it though!
