This is dangerous to ask but as I've been approached by a couple of scammers of late I think its time.

Nothing.

You're on the Internet and it's clear your profile is active. So on probabilities alone at some point a scam will target you. But you spotted them.

Scammers? They’re everywhere Matt. The thing you did wrong was existing on here. Nothing you can do to get around them

Nothing wrong with it - we all get scammed occasionally.

Scamming is not personal - people often think it is but it is not. Highly likely that bot picked you from somewhere.
