My work and material possessions don't really feature here(apart from a digital device for access).

I'd be as interesting as I am on here. It's your individual judgement whether that is interesting or not.

Possessions and material things don't make us who we are.

We all start out with nothing and leave with nothing.

They are nice to have and make life more comfortable but have no bearing on who we are.

When the tenancy on my flat ended in 1998 I walked away from everything. I closed my business, got rid of all my stuff, left my partner and too to the road with a few changes of clothes. It was a very liberating experience.

Interesting responses.

Most people talk about theirs jobs, their cars, home improvements etc quite a lot. It makes conversation easy quite often.

But take them away.

You always have... Your life experiences, your views, opinions, beliefs, tastes plus a while lot more.

Your creativity, your drive.

Can you think of more?

"just how interesting are you?

Such a good question. As someone has already stated, we enter this life with nothing and we leave with nothing. However between those two points we amass a wealth of life experiences. The inanimate objects we collect along the way are just bolt - ons. If someone was more interested in the bolt-ons than my life experiences then I wouldn't be interested in them

My job is fairly interesting if you're a techie geek...

...I therefore rarely talk about it!

Not many of my possessions are particularly interesting, maybe the art and my scooters, so they are not great sources of conversation either.

I know a little about lots of things, so I'm potentially interesting. But it's one of those things that's difficult to judge in oneself isn't it.

If you strip away my worldly possessions and my job, there's still a fair amount left - I think! I have passion, and ambition for positive change and to make a difference. Boundless enthusiasm and curiousity too, as well as hopefully the odd good anecdote. I still also have my friendships, especially those close to me, as well as my experiences and memories. I'm also richer in time. There's probably a lot more if I pondered it further.

I'd say very interesting.

I'm sure a lot of people would be very interested in the story of the man who had his job and all his possessions stolen from him by a couple of swingers, from a swingers website, as part of some sick Hunger gamesesque quest for entertainment.

A lot of people would be interested. Especially the police!
