It’s not common as they have said ‘£40 for the girls’ rather than bring a bottle or contribute towards a hotel room with £10 let’s say.

It’s not the sort of party I would attend for sure.

Sounds suspicious. Sometimes money can change hands to cover expenses, like rooms/apartment, food, drink, etc. But the sex is free! £40 is close to the average rate for a 15 min fuck and go session with an escort xx

Some people run parties like this. Paying escorts guarantees that everyone "gets to play". It's not for everyone but a fair few people don't mind.

I would stick with private parties that run out of clubs as you don't know if there is any dodgy stuff going on.
