Why though? It isn't anything to be proud of. It's the product of much of a lifetime of neglect, hatred and inertia, interspersed with times of deep care and hard work that end up the same way.

Proud isn't the right term.

Plus my boobs would look weird on you.

I’m rather proud of the whole me, I might not look fantastic in other peoples eyes but I’m proud that my body is still going well with all the years of trauma and damage I’ve inflicted on it. I’m proud my mind, morals, and cheeky outlook on life are still as strong as ever.

But if it’s a praise of body parts I’d say my big arms, shoulders, thighs and smile.

Body confidence issues affect everyone equally...

It took me the better part of 10 years to get to a place where I had the confidence even to wear a vest in the gym (after mother nature graciously decided to equip me with a stick thin figure and pigeon chest).

It's hard work to maintain, but worth it I think - even if just for me to smile at the mirror every once in a while rather than wince

I'm extremely proud of my legs. They've got me through ultra marathons and ridiculous amounts of training miles. Sometimes, I know they hate me but they still keep going anywhere I ask them to. I love them.

My legs. I don't go to the gym and rarely do weights at home - its all from running. I'm proud of them as they represent a lot of hard training. I run because I enjoy it, not for the physical changes it brings except as a way of helping to control my weight. I will admit though that during times like now where my training has ramped up I do like the results
