I agree that it depends if it is good. I can't usually orgasm from oral though so too much and I can get desensitised and bored.

I've faked before just to get them to stop but trying not to hurt feelings.

I would say over 3/4 men don't do it how I would like it.. but saying that.. women should just tell them how they want it.. direct men.. I know I am always happy if a guy tells me how he likes his bj given.. I never take offence.. I take it as a way to learn what he likes.. as everyone likes something different.
