People of Derbyshire.. Help please

Hello.

I'm hoping there will be some people who may be able to offer some recommendations for a Derbyshire weekend escape in November. Ideally I'd like a private outdoor hot tub but I can't afford £300 plus per night.

Any suggestions or hidden gems?

Thanks xx

"Come to North Wales, places local to me are around half that per night"

I'd love to visit Wales but I'm heading for Derbyshire to see a friend.

Shrewsbury

Derbyshire is pretty big.

There’s a few hidden hideaway places nearer to Staffordshire side of Derbyshire.

"Perhaps go wild camping next to a lake?"

I like walls and proper bathroom's too much for that

Airbnb has some amazing places x

But you can rent a lakeside house at Rudyard lake in Leek

And it’s a 10 min drive from some of the best views in the peaks

Longnor Wood Holiday Park is great, it has lodges with hot tubs as well. Not sure on prices etc though.

Scunthorpe

Have you tried AirBnB?

They often have places with hot tubs.
