Not really, because with a little prep, you can make amazing meals that are a fraction of the calories of a 'normal' meal, plus so much sweet stuff is available with zero sugar.

If anything, the possibilities for food becomes larger when you're dieting. You just need to know where to start.

Cut out processed food and make exactly want you want to eat yourself. It can cut the calories by 50% and yet you can eat everything you want to

I had to accept it was going to be a lifestyle change not just about dieting. I still have days where I struggle and absolutely crave fat and sugar eg donuts (like today) but it's becoming less often as the journey continues. Planning meals in advance and batch cooking help me x

Absolutely, you hit the nail on the head. It's a lifestyle.

It's amazing how our bodies can change.

I think many people fail in trying to achieve losing weight when they expect overnight results. Give yourself at least 3 months and stay consistent with your meals and working out.

i lost weight and most of it cos of stopping bad food exercise helped but doing exercise but eating bad food didnt help to lose much weight but when I eat healthy and dont exercise the weight still drops off

best is to do both but the food you eat is the most important i think but as others said whole lifestyle change required
