Planning meals in advance and batch cooking help me x" Absolutely, you hit the nail on the head. It's a lifestyle. It's amazing how our bodies can change. I think many people fail in trying to achieve losing weight when they expect overnight results. Give yourself at least 3 months and stay consistent with your meals and working out. | |||
