Put some music on really load and dance around and sing like noones watching.

Voodoowoodoo answer: find a 20 min guided meditation on YouTube. Switch everything else off. And let yourself be for a while.

(I'm often fed up because im telling myself I'm fed up so need to switch my brain off)

I've just put Film4 on and Raiders of the lost ark is on think I will watch this this might cheer me up I like this type of film

I started having cold showers and that’s made a massive difference to my mental health!

Now started open water swimming and feel great after

Hope you find the cause and feeling better soon!

Good thing is there’s loads of people on here you can talk to!
