I would really like to meet people just to chat over a coffee, but it seems like it just isn’t a thing on Fab. Am I wrong?

Write it in your bio that you’d be up for a social

They might think you're pretending you just want a social to get something more from them.

In a public place it would be less pressure

Most of my meets have been a social first - coffee or a walk. I usually get chatting to people through the forums, then on to messages. I prefer to feel like I kind of know someone before meeting as I feel safer that way.

Can't beat a good social and definitely adds to the build up if there is that often elusive spark

I thought it was normal if locations allow realistically, you can chat away on here but I do like a relaxed non presumptuous social to properly break the ice, unfortunately it needs grown up and genuine people to organise one and I'm finding the majority are not but the few are worth meeting on the rare occasions it happens.

Yep, nothing better than meeting up for a coffee and socialising, especially now as it’s opening up more

"I would really like to meet people just to chat over a coffee, but it seems like it just isn’t a thing on Fab. Am I wrong?"

It's a prerequisite for anyone wishing to join the Hellfire group.

I've no intention of inviting anyone to one of our parties if they can't be ars*d to find time in their diary to meet for a coffee (other beverages may be available).

My Mrs likes to do that too, if asked by a lady id also oblige, for us its about making friends too if those friends have benefits one day, thats a bonus

I love this, Fab is just as much about the social side for me

Usually Dundee and around

It's when you meet "just for a cuppa" and these lovely horny ladies are pawing at you and wanting more...

I always say never on a first meet...

But I also say, never say never! so go figure!

Always happy for a cuppa and some fun chat.

No, I don't think you're wrong for wanting to do it at all - meeting people in a relaxed, no pressure environment from Fab can be lovely, even if it is just in a friendly capacity. I think women are slightly wary but maybe if you emphasize the friendship side and just being that it might change?
