"Well this month I have signed up to do 100 miles for September for British Heart Foundation wish me luck. I'm going to be walking them" I did this one year running. Felt so good once I achieved it. Best of luck to you x | |||

"So 5.2 miles today " Well done you. Where you can and are able to it's always good to bank a few extra miles so when you have days where you are unable to meet your daily target for any number of reasons then you have a buffer set aside. This takes pressure off you to make up a deficit of mileage. I committed to a running challenge in January to achieve 268 miles in the month, and this is how I approached it and it definitely helped me. Keep up the good work NBVN x | |||
