Michael Gove spotted dancing in a nightclub.

Good Morning Britain debating if over 40s should be banned from clubbing. What do you think?

No from me.

Just a bit tongue in cheek I think? But the blonde saying yes seemed full of her gorgeous 22 year old self.

There is one club Gove should be banned from. It’s called “The Human Race”. It’s not even that exclusive but he isn’t welcome.

I don't really like the man but I think he's entitled to go to a night club and do some weird dancing without being publicly humiliated. What piece of intrepid journalism came next something about being kind to everyone or the terrible plague of bullying on line and in schools?

Spot on. The 'she shouldn't be wearing such and such at her age' annoys me too.

No one should be banned from anything due to age. Perhaps with the caveat of safeguarding young adults from adult passtimes.

Dance like no one is watching Michael.

Those sour arsed people who are too inhibited to enjoy themselves and cringe at others need a mirror!

As for Michael Gove........ he's human and very humble outside of politics with a bit of a shaky start in life and I say good on him for his drive and determination to succeed.

I'm convinced Gove is planning to make a bid for leadership and this is a PR stunt to make him top story for a while. He has been quiet of late.

He'd not be a popular choice for the people.

For sure, he's unlikely to win any leadership contests, but something about this dancing video smacks of carefully leaked sextape. So I'm concluding bid for power.

I think his colleagues would back him but not the public.

I agree with you on it being a stunt.

I liked the dancing vid but he did not appear to be smiling much for a carefree dancer

While you may agree with his views I am abhorred by some of his policies and beliefs. Just a cursory look at his voting record shows what kind of an awful person he is. Part of the Tufton St gang too. Dreadful individual.

I was going to ask if it’s a slow news day but with everything going on in the world right now I’m sure there are better things to debate

I hope they are not serious. Of course over-40s shouldn't be banned. Why on earth shouldn't they be allowed to go?

It's a bit like a witch hunt really. 54 year old man goes clubbing, has a little dance and a silly TV show has to debate nightclub ages. The deputy labour leader pours scorn on him, surely she has more important issues to deal with.

Me Gove is perfectly entitled to go dancing if he wants to.

On a mooch

This is why I don’t watch day time tv, what a load of tosh.

Who cares whether people can dance or not, as long as they are enjoying themselves, that is all that matters.

It's been about three years since I last went clubbing. (Friend's stag night)

A fat 45 year-old throwing shapes.

I had a good night. Why should that be banned?
