Animals like me, I like them too.

I like taking the broken ones and fixing them. The ones other humans have damaged, either mentally or physically, and I prefer them to most humans. Typing this surrounded by 4 cats and a dog. All rescued over the years.

The word 'nice' puts me off replying. I'm not sure 'nicest' is the correct adjective for any traits I might possess that I think are admirable. I wouldn't class myself as a nice person. I'm not a bad person but i'm certainly not 'nice' ...... I'm quite happy to step over bodies of people I don't think much of.

Thank you so much to everybody who contributed on here - it was so lovely to see what individuals share their qualities (avoiding "NICE" to not attract GC's ire here - she is right actually, I do not like the word either but could not think of a suitable alternative - and... in fact that is what we have GC for: To put clarity, sharpness of intellect and knowledge into any thread - not to forget a hilarious touch of ruthlessness.
