I have a few. Small one I can leave in for hours. Medium gets uncomfortable after an hour. Moved up to a square peg happy hour plug and am only just about able to get that in, can only keep that in for a couple of mins at the minute as it's too big for now.

It depends on what the butt plug is made from. I used to wear a silicone one all day whilst walking around London. The stainless steel butt plug,that was much heavier, would sometimes try and escape, so I only used to keep that one in for a couple of hours.
