Woke at 7, managed to fall back asleep til 11, kids are out with grandad so lazy day in bed with TV it is for me

Late to bed but it doesn't matter what time we go to bed if we are still in it by 7am then we have had a lie in.

Sat in a coffee shop at the beach drinking coffee and having a cake.

More worrying is I have just ordered a Latte and been asked if I want milk in my latte
