As I had an appointment at the solicitors this morning, to arrange my will. I've been meaning to do it for the last couple of years or so now but I finally got around to doing it.

I'm not worth a massive amount but nonetheless, what I do have, I would like aportioned to the people I want it to go to....

So, how many others have one in place?

.

I've had a will written since my early twenties.

A family member died without leaving a will and the chaos it caused was unbelievable and a biggest part of the estate went to solicitors due to disagreements within the family.

I would encourage everyone to make a will.

"I would encourage everyone to make a will."

Yeah I'm inclined to agree. Even my solicitor said that too many people of our age range (she's roughly the same age as myself) don't have wills.

Even if you don't have a lot to leave, it's worth organising it so that rows etc don't break out.
