Or throw a "sarcastic" comment at people just to hide their own insecurities on here.

But then it's all jokes and no malice meant.

Happy Friday haters.

Don't worry man.

Focus on yourself and making your way in the world.

They just confused admirers.

All the best.

There’s always been jealous and insecure people on the forums, but also an awful lot of lovely genuine ones too. It doesn’t matter if it’s fab, photography or any other forums, you’ll always come across people like that.

You just need to rise above it and laugh it off. Keep smiling OP

It is the way of the forums OP don't let them grind you down - people don't practice what they preach. Over the years I have developed teflon covered thick skin.

Honestly I'd probably worry more if people actually started being nice to me

I'm fine, I've always been able to shrug comments off (whether sarcastic or not) but when someone has never interacted with me before and makes such a comment, that's what annoys me as they don't know me at all.

Thanks for the positivity everyone.

If you want to get tougher and train at deflecting this type of stuff, can I recommend you install a well known suite of productivity apps for business and then call the helpline? It has worked wonders for my view of people around me and helped significantly in my patience

Thanks for the advice, it hasn't cut me to the bone, just annoyed me as the person doesn't know me at all and has never interacted with me either.

That's good. I thought it was an unnecessary dig but also we all have different humour so who knows. Best forgotten.

Reading

Since you don't know either way just go with they mean it to be funny. And move on before it triggers you. Noone on here is worth being upset over.

But to answer your original quotation there are some dicks on here who think they are just hilarious but are very cutting with it. They have learnt to sail closer to the wind. But they are a tiny minority. Most people here are lovely.

You get the same irl too, some people just want attention. The more you react to them, the more they get off on it. Always best ignored and to remember it's their own insecurities showing their ugly heads

If someone has been nasty, abusive or night report them. If it was misunderstood humour ignore it.

Either way it's best not to start a thread about it as airing dirty laundry is against forum rules
