Need help with my profile and how to first message

I genuinely don’t no how to sell myself or stand out or talk about the positive things about myself

And first message I struggle as I don’t want to come across like the other 150 messages

But don’t want to sound thoughtless or to keen

Hey mate. Your profile lacks a bit of confidence... I didn't come in thinking this fella ain't nice, so I'm not sure why your talking like I think you're a dick and I need convincing. And once I get past the "I'm nicer than you think" bits there isn't that much else ... What brings you to fab ?
