"I'm really surprised that there isn't. It's like saying "if your bi then you can be lumped in with gay" Hardly the same thing at all imo any way. " Haha exactly, can’t be that hard to just add another field

"I would love it if Fab differentiated between TS and TvVCD as there is a clear difference no matter how convincing. No disrespect intended! What do you think? " Completely agree! There is a massive difference, I’ve often wondered why there not in a separate category, the only thing I would add is the possibility to be able to change your gender from Cd/tv to TS for those that eventually decide to transition, just to save the hassle of having to make a new account etc

As you said previous there is a big difference between the two and a lot of ignorance that comes with it xx

"Well, 90% of the web can't tell the difference between transvestite and transsexual.... As for the line between crossdresser and transvestite - you'd be hard put to find any definitive answer. And yes, I fully expect to be shot down in flames for my comments...... " Because there’s no notion about it. But someone who decided to transition usually undergoes , during the journey, hormone therapy (either feminisation or masculisation for ftm) and surgery. These are not totally necessary to transition, you can socially transition and just have ops. Or socially transition and just be on hormones. And usually these things make a difference when it comes to affirming etc

And yes, I fully expect to be shot down in flames for my comments...... " For me the cross dresser is the one who mainly just puts women’s lingerie or clothes for sexual satisfaction (so it’s fetishisation). Usually it is just that. While a transvestite usually it isn’t the case (tho there’s the sexual side too), there’s some need to let go that feminine side every now and then. (So they might take it further to be smooth everywhere, etc etc) Drag queen is the performer who does the shows etc and usually comes with extra make up and extra attitude on stage The usual common denominator is that all live majority of their time as men. Socially etc If there’s one person who actually has come out socially to everyone (seeked therapist) but hasn’t undergone any HRT or surgery then for me is someone who is transgender and started their journey.
