Love weight training but I do not think I am laughing while doing it.

Joke aside, I find it an amazing stress buster - I can focus and ignore everything around me, more so than with cardio or even yoga.

Several independent gyms were either a) inaccessible due to being located in old warehouses etc or b) declined to sign up a wheelchair user.

I'll stick with my chain gym, thanks.
