Why do I still think like im a 25yr old stud muffin? Ffs...

A little coconut oil is good, ill use that sometimes & just rinse it off in the shower rather than using soap on the face. Really though, I think lifestyle & clean living goes a long way

The post man wouldn’t give me a package for the neighbour last week, he said it had an age range on it so I couldn’t sign for it, I was like “I’m 54” but he said no sorry and took it back

not sure how old he thought I was

You look younger today than you will in 5 years time, celebrate the younger you today
