I do it by maingaining, by eating at maintenance level. I have this philosophy, if I cant see my abs its time to cut the calories more, that is how I can stay lean year round, my abs are my indicators. I do a full body workout 3 times a week, with about on average 80min of cardio everyday, how about you?

How do you keep the BF % so low…

I do it by maingaining, by eating at maintenance level. I have this philosophy, if I cant see my abs its time to cut the calories more, that is how I can stay lean year round, my abs are my indicators. I do a full body workout 3 times a week, with about on average 80min of cardio everyday, how about you?

I mean my pics are mainly down to good angles & lighting haha but I did have a spell of keeping the calories down… I need to get back there
