My first on is the longest I can have several in a row but they get shorter each time but still maintain there intensity I don't make loads of noise just tighten up then when it peaks sharp inhale of breath and some noise at that point but I'm not a screamer of a squirter.

To squirt and to orgasm are two completely different experiences in my opinion. To squirt is a completely physical reaction which you need not be ‘mentally engaging’.

To orgasm is more about the mental engagement which allows it to happen. It escalates where as the previous can be immediate.

Gosh they can vary so much. I've had orgasms where my leg has cramped up and I've screamed in pain. I've had orgasms where I've stood up and collapsed afterwards. I've had orgasms where I've smiled with happiness, rolled over and fallen asleep. I couldn't pick one way of how I do it.
