I recently met a friend and because of things in my life I wasn't in the best place but I started wim hof breathwork and I got her into it to. I didn't know but she had actually taught it to her autistic son to. Unfortunately her son can't communicate much only really able to say mummy and the rest is noice bless him. One day last week my friend was upset and she told me that her son walked up and acted out the breathing to get her to follow to cheer her up. It really made my day and made me so happy. Thought I'd share what I consider a beautiful interaction.

That's lovely. Children are so intuitive. He sounds incredibly caring.
