Are you asking us in a vote-style thread or an advice-style thread?

I know the feeling. Go somewhere that can recharge your batteries. Holidays and days out can do this.

Let it work its way out. I think sometimes you just need to let yourself feel bad

Once you realise that life is overrated, mostly humdrum, tedious and monotonous , with a few fleeting moments of joy along the way, then you can find the contentment that lies within.

Just over there

A.

If I try to do something about feeling meh, I just frustrate myself. What I'm waiting for will happen, in its own time. I just have no patience so in the meantime there are plenty of meh days to go through.

Going for a run/exercise usually sorts me out when feeling like this

It is just the ups and downs of life ! I generally ignore it and wait for the mood to pass.

‘K, just checking xx

It’s healthy to do both. Recognise and accept the feelings, allow yourself to experience them and question their origins.

Then shower, dress and at the very least, go for a walk, or do something that brings you joy xxx
