Anal advice

Anyone have advice on avoiding things getting backed up after using butt plugs etc? I find it takes day or so to get back to usual frequency after using toys. Is that just due to infrequent use and would it stabilise of done more regularly?

I've never had that problem. If anything, the lube makes things erm...smoother .

I’ve never had this problem myself, more the opposite since having my gallbladder out

Plenty of fluids, plenty of whole fibre.
