Afternoon naps

Hi all been at work since 4 10 this morning got home at 2 just had an afternoon nap am I right to do this and are you an afternoon napper I feel better for it would and do you

I never use to nap & always managed a few hours kip a night all up until last year. Ever since having cancer treatment I've been constantly fatigued, tired, needing naps & 8 hours a night sleep!

OK I know it's my body telling me to rest & fact I'm cured & sorta OK now but it's still really frustrating as hell & a bit of a mind fuck!!!!

And the old mojo ain't what it use to be either!

I love a good nap, especially when it's raining and I'm snuggled up all cosy. Some days have too many waking hours for my liking!

I find that I wake up groggy and less energised than when I fell asleep. For some reason, they don't help me.

I love a nap after afternoon sex. Or when I've had a stressful morning at work and have a quick power nap so I can face the world once more. Yes to naps.
