little house on the praire

Do you like to stay in you comfort zone or are you happy to take on new challenges, although i havent done much about it yet, since loosing weight ive decided that if i can loose weight i can do other stuff. Ive definetly decided to go on the ice rink in brussels, one ive got to my target(seems forever) im going sky diving. I am also looking at doing a night class but nothing has taken my fancy yet, i do like pottery but im not a newbie to pottery and i want to do something i havent done before.

So do you stay within your comfort zone?

When it comes to hobbies I love to get out there and try new things, the last couple of years has seen a shift from studying Family History, which I've done for years to Aromatherapy, Massage, Hiking and Geocaching!...Not brave enough to try something like the Sky Diving though...

In other walks of life eg Swinging I find it hard to step outside my comfort zone and find myself asking why? but as yet I don't have the answer!

"no, am only interested in sex."

But only in your comfort zone...?

I like to go out of my comfort zone - I spent last year losing weight, and this year I'm training for Tough Mudders.

Next year - who knows, maybe overcome my fear of heights and start climbing.

Do something that scares you - once you've beaten it you can always look back and say you did it

I actually NEED a new challenge all the time, need to come out of comfort zone as I have a low boredom threshold. I have done quite a few things so far but there are plenty left....

You have to push the boundaries - always more you can do

I agree and I was quite serious about this post. I am one of those people who feels the constant need to grow, to achieve something new, to accept a new challenge. I am hard work for my family and friends ... sometimes...

Grow is a good word - you can never have too much experience

I took my PADI open-water dive exam after turning fifty .... just to see if I could.

I get bored easily so from time to time I would look for a new challenge etc...

Sometimes I venture out of my comfort zone, at other times I may stay within it, it depends on my mood at the time.

If your sporty, why not try a sport, martial arts, or try a marathon (urbanathon/tough Mudders are marathons with obstacles and are good fun!)

Why not try a foreign language and then take a holiday there and try mingle?
