Just back from a run. Looking through the forum threads and perving a few of the stunning profiles on here whilst grabbing some breakfast.

Catch up on the news (what on earth is going on in Afghanistan and how do we help those poor people?).

Then on the road to meet a few clients.

Quiet afternoon catching up on work (unless someone is free for a drink?).

Not sure about this evening. Am hoping there might be a few tributes to Sean Lock on the TV - what a loss to the comedy world!!

Work for me, Mr

Another day of retired bliss for Mrs M.

Shopping, housework, ironing and probably cutting the grass.

It's hardly retirement is it?

Taking her out to one of our favourite places to eat this evening.

I know the feeling there is always something what needs doing or she finds things what needs doing

Went for a brisk walk before work. Will work and dip in here throughout the day, then an intervals training run session this evening.
