I change it regularly but get very few messages or abuse because I don't want to meet because they fall outside what I am looking for

any advice on what I can do to improve it thanks

The lady in the photos looks lovely. But that isn't you.

Your profile is repetitive in places. You also say a lot about what you're NOT impressed with. Negativity isn't a good selling point .

Not sure you need to mention your mum!

Like the guy above said, get some pictures of yourself on there.

A more positive sounding profile goes a long way

2 public photos both of a woman.

It's your profile, people expect to see you.

There is lots about what you don't want and not much about what you do want or what you can offer.

Try putting a more positive spin on it.

Like others said, more pics op, maybe put the action shot in friends only.

Also you do sound like you might be married or attached and playing away, that can put some people off.
