It's possible, especially if a woman has been pregnant before. Hospital grade breast pump, lots and lots, basically. There are medications that will induce it too but they're not licensed for it in the UK.

It's not fun at all really, only something I'd do again if another human life depended on it (which is NOT going to happen!)

Yes, basically lots of stimulation. Apparently some women with more sensitive nipples are quicker to produce but I can't confirm that...
