Beard or no beard

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

So..... the age old question.... do you prefer your men or women with or without a beard.....

I don't actually care what people prefer (because the answer is never actually cut and dried) so I'm not asking that.

But men and women without beards..... would you grow one if it meant getting a shag from that person you fancy?

Men and women with beards..... would you shave it off if it meant getting a shag from that person you fancy?

And is there any chance that if I grew a beard it would suit me?

I won't be shaving mine off because I would feel a different person without it - after forty years of getting used to it.

I just don't approach couples who say they don't like facial hair; there are enough that do.

I grew mine a few years ago and I the only reason I would ever shave it off is if I tire of it.

I grew it for me and I know it makes me who I am.

I've been told, never asked, to shave it off by people asking to meet and point blank refused.

"I grew mine a few years ago and I the only reason I would ever shave it off is if I tire of it.

I grew it for me and I know it makes me who I am.

I've been told, never asked, to shave it off by people asking to meet and point blank refused.

Told? that's mental! How do people think they have a right to tell you!?

Asking is one thing, but telling is outrageous!

That's what I thought too especially as I had never spoken to these people before and it was their introductory message. "

Oh my God! That's crazy! Definitely some odd people about.

If it's long enough that is soft, then that's great. It's when someone just hasn't bothered to shave for a few days that's the problem.

Really depends on the person, some look good both with and without, others not so much!

Yup, sometimes it’s a deal-breaker. I think people sometimes see that it represents something or have preconceptions about them, visualising captain Birdseye, Father Christmas or aherm that Jason Momoa bloke

Some though genuinely try it and don’t like it. I’m not criticising them either. I’m the first to uphold their right to choose and discriminate based on what they like and dislike. Sometimes, if you’re not into it, you’re just not into it.

The beard is staying for the foreseeable in my case though xx

I feel like you should share this image.... before and after will be sent haha

I even opened my filters special and everything..... so what are your thoughts on the beard. I think about trimming it but the time it took I just can’t haha

Personally I do think it looked good trimmed..... but soon you'll be able to plait it and that's always good!"

"I have one but it’s a neat, tidy and short. I’m not about to shave it off either. I’ve kept it and turned down some naughty meets in the past where it was a deal breaker.

I'm quite the fan of your beard.

Just saying.

Has it actually been a deal breaker? This rather amazes me when I hear it...

Thank you NSP, I shall be offering free beard rubs to sexy ladies like yourself soon

The beard is staying for the foreseeable in my case though xx"

I absolutely agree.... right to choose.

When the beard rubbing starts, I'd very much like to be in that queue.....

Neatly trimmed more like stubble I am a fan. But you have those that are just everywhere and it’s not for me.

I do lean more towards a guy clean shaven.

If I could grow a beard…would I?? Noooo

I like the smooth look on me and thats everywhere

I scrape in with a stubble - I did offer to shave it off but she loves it now but she won’t go any longer in length!

Allow me to temper my response now that I know what you are up to - ya cheeky wee scallywag!

Nope... not for a shag. If it was that easy, I'd be going the full gandalf and sniffing around you like a robbers dog!

I shaved for me cause it was too hot... regret it. It will be back soon - grey and all.

I'd only shave again for someone very special and long term

Sniff away

Mine comes and goes due to a multitude of reasons. I’d have no issue growing it back for a meet or shaving it off if required. I can understand why some women would prefer a guy not to have a beard. But I’m a sexy bastard with facial hair so I understand why it makes some women drop their knickers too.

People who know a little about my life also know my beards part of my journey. I left the army and already had a facial scar from an injury. I wasn’t self conscious about it but it was nice to decide I don’t need to shave again. And I haven’t.

It’s part of me now. I like my beard, I like keeping it maintained and I like the compliments I get from having one. And the women I’ve met have always commented and told me it suits me. They are also equally shocked on how soft my beard is…

So no I’d never shave my beard off for a shag x
