Some will find a genital piercing off-putting, others will like them.

I suspect that there's more of the former than the latter... but may be wrong.

Judging from similar threads, most don't feel and difference but there is concern that standard condoms may not be robust enough to deal with metalwork

I like a Prince Albert piercing but I think its not the fashion these days.
