How many of you are crazy about dieting?

Me myself am just getting into the whole fitness stuff and dieting and finding it very difficult when I get a craving for "rubbish"

I'm on a no wheat, no potatoes, practically no dairy and no red meat.

Well, until I get hormonal

Just ate pizza and considering.the rest of the brownies I made earlier...

Everything in moderation, just cut down a little and have plenty of fruit and veg. Allow yourself a couple of days a week to eat and drink what you like, you'll find you go for the healthy choice after a little while anyway

I go to slimming world, i would say its more a case of changing your eating habbits than dieting, theres nothing you cant have you just have to have it in moderation

I'm already finding I am opting for the healthy option, I've gone and got myself a personal trainer that's all so I have to do what he says otherwise he makes it harder in the gym! lol (no dirty comments please)

I cut down on the size of the portion, and do more exercise when I need to lose weight gradually.

Never been one that counts calories or follow diet plans.

Food bore, yes; diet bore, never.

Couldn't diet to save my life, although I have cut down on bread, biscuits, crisps etc and increased my fruit intake...also started to walk or hike about 12 miles a week and have lost nearly a stone, so I'm happy bunny

After gym the other night I saw one in the kitchen cupboard and I resisted it for so long but in the end... it was no more. LOL

Used to be able to eat anything without gaining weight, but now in middle age I'm starting to spread so need to curb what I eat. All things in moderation.

I've tried all sorts over the years n found nothin works for me as good as slimming world it's great teaches you to break the habit of a lifetime without feeling like your missing out on the good stuff you love!

Why pay to be weighed??? I started watching my weight about 18 months ago on my own,I have since lost roughly about two or three stone.I weigh myself every week and keep a note on of my weight on the kichen cupboard.I do allow myself a treat once a week,plus going out to the pub at weekends.all you need a will power.

I think a combination of good genes and a very active lifestyle was my saving grace .... now I'm just a lazy beatch.
