I use a mix of it all, apart from breakfast obviously some days I have lunch and diner, on other days I have diner and teatime

Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea on occasion , dinner.

Tea is not a meal. It is a drink or a break time with light treats to tame the hunger pangs between lunch and dinner.
