I bought an Egg Sitter (JML). It's helped. I also massage my cheeks and lower back when I stop work.

Sitting for extended periods can I crease your chances of developing diabetes and elevated blood pressure. Standing would be better than finding a cushion that will encourage you to stay seated. Shake that ass lady

I do get up and move about just adjusting to a new routine too. Not sure booty shaking is professional - all male environment
