Some will claim regular use will permanently increase the size, as long as you follow regular routines (jelking etc.) however its anecdotal for the most part and usually just temporary.

If you get one as a toy remember its not a fleshlight or other masterbator.

I have one that hasn’t been used in a while. It was novel to begin with, but the novelty soon wore off.
