"Keen swimmer, do about 1km per day always mix it up, between forward crawl and breast stroke... Both are fairly good for the core but varying strokes is good for chest and shoulders. Pilates is fantastic for core!" Thanks their the two I'm better at so happy to hear that. Can't do butterfly, swear if I did the life gaurds would jump in lol | |||

Because I truly don't know where to begin with that stroke. Just as I'm increasing running distance I need better core work. I'd prefer a 10 mile run to an hour in the pool though lol.
