Reality.... having kids change nothing in body for man, and a lot of U even don't have kids so is just excuse for being lazy... I have no problem with this type of body but i hate hypocrisy.... Just say truth... Is type of body: I am to lazy to go to the gym, prefer beer in the front of tv. No connected at all with being Dad or being mature person. My Dad Is almost 60yo and have six pack. I will never understand all this delusional way of thinking.... Wish U best. Take care x'

People on hear need to stop being so precious. I'm a Dad and have a body that matches so I'm proud to say I have a Dad bod. There's a reason men and women's bodies change when they have kids....kids become the priority not the gym. Time becomes more precious. Jesus that person needs to have a word with themselves.
