For me it is about integrity - as young as he may be, Marcus Rushford could be a role model.

Mike Reynolds - Echo Architect.

Makes stunning houses out of disguarded materials like car tyres & glass bottles.

He works with groups of young people & a lot of them end up owning some of the houses outright because they help him with the labour. (So everybody's happy)

-Not that famous, but should be. A genius.
