Sure. Really simple. 2 tbsp tamarind, 1 tbsp molasses sugar, 2 tbsp honey. Add 2 finely chopped birds eye chillies and 2 medium cloves chopped garlic. Add 6 sliced chicken thighs fillets. Cook in a large frying pan. You can also add mushrooms, halved cherry tomatoes and some asparagus tips.
