Brothers and sisters (and people who aren't in that category because I want to fuck you and that would be weird ) the time is upon us.

The podium is ready and the medals are polished. You've waited 4 days for this moment. You've trained for it your whole life. But the wait is over. The time is now.

You can have that for gymnastics just for official ruling purposes how long can you hold that pose?

Actually quite a long time - once I've hauled my arse up there I want to make it count! Do I get extra marks for my beautifully pointed toes? "

Oh of course, the judges have scored you a 10 out of 10 for both pose and form. The toes, the legs, the pert bum...all helping towards a clean sweep but the messiest result at the same time
