John Torrode’s Pot Roast Chook

I cooked and just ate this delicious chicken dish. Only change I made to John’s recipe was to stand the chicken on carrot batons and added a cup of water to the pan.

The resulting liqueur is delicious and makes the meal worthwhile just to drink that alone!
