Pins and needles

On the rarest of rare occasions I have got that "pins and needles" sensation in my lady bits. I'm forever sitting on my feet and get "fizzy foot" fairly often. However it is a very strange and pleasant feeling when I get the occasional "fizzy fanny" (this does not involve alka seltzer before you pipe up ;-p)

Anyone else had this?

I get what I can only describe as "post sex aftershocks", the walls of my lady bits deep inside suddenly contract really hard as if they have hiccups, but I suspect that is different to what you mean?
