Need a bit of motivation this morning to get stuff done.

Need to get washed/ dressed, need to pop to Merry hill and get stuff for kids ready to go Bournemouth in the morning.

What plans do you have and what’s motivating you?

I'm very hungover so nothing is motivating me right now. My partner is making a fry up though so that might help.

I hope you find some motivation soon! I can send you a bit of my fry up if you want.

Pot of tea, lie in and good music get me going on a Sunday. By lunchtime I might even think about getting up.

Take the Mrs to work then it's shopping and a bit of housework for me.

Might sample a couple of alcohol based beverages at some point too

Cardiff

Putting on my favourite playlist usually helps. Also, small goals, baby steps, so it doesn't feel too overwhelming. Rather than thinking of everything you need to do, aim to get dressed.
