So The GOAT (Valentino Rossi) is retiring at the end of the season. Will be a sad day despite his lackluster performance this season.

It been a long time coming as he got older he himself admitted that fear took over and stopped him taking those 50/50 chances he once would have taken. Think he should have tried his hand at F1

It is a shame but I get the impression he has wanted out for a while.

Be interesting to see how his own race team fares next year

Loved watching him on the track, his attitude and persona was just incredible

Rossi was pure talent and definitely the GOAT of MotoGP. Hes just too old now compete with young up and comers like Marquez. I actually cant even watch the GP now because I cant bare to watch Rossi struggle with the young lads.
