If you saw a baby cow (can't remember what they're called) taking cow's milk then you'd probably figure it would be ok for a human at a pinch. A more interesting question: who first let it curdle to the point it was a solid block and thought "ooh, smells like feet, bet that will be proper tasty on a bit of toast"? | |||
